Expedia Corporate Travel continues to focus on its strategic initiative to offer powerful and comprehensive Global Consolidated reporting across all Expedia Corporate Travel points of sale. New reporting features are listed below.

North American Car Summary reports

Five new Car reports that consolidate shared fields across multiple companies.

  • Car Reservations Summary
  • Car Reservation by City Summary
  • Total Car Spend
  • Total Car Spend by Vendor
  • Total Car Spend by City

North American Fee Summary report

  • Summarizes travel service fees incurred over selected time period
  • Available for all Enterprise customers in the US.
  • In Canada available per company request

EU Hotel Detail Summary Reports

Expedia Corporate Travel clients in Europe have access to six hotel reports. The reports are parallel to the existing U.S. point of sale reports accounting for EU specific hotel fields and criteria.

Users with the appropriate permissions can now log in to see global reporting for all alliances within their company. The following reports are available to Enterprise Tier customers in US and can be applied on a per-company basis in Canada and the EU.

Active Travelers Detail Report

This new detailed report shows all segments that "are potentially going to be flown" or "were actually flown" in a specified time interval. This information keeps Travel Managers up-to-date with current and future air travel costs, allowing insight to adjust policy to meet a travel program's objectives.

Global Air Platform Enhancements for EU

A series of enhancements to the Global Air Platform have improved functionality and the quality of service for Expedia Corporate Travel's EU customers.

Enroute Itinerary Reconstruction

Prior to our spring release, any reservation changes made en route were not reflected online. This new capability enables travel itineraries to continue to be reconstructed online even after the trip has begun.

  • Any changes made to the itinerary will be reflected online
  • Online itineraries are updated throughout the trip
  • Eliminates the need to call an agent to get up-to-date itinerary information
