How To: Travelers - Assign To Arrangers

Give some users the power to plan travel for others.


User Roles

(Travel Manager, Global Arranger, Arranger, Traveler) are set at the time a user profile is created.

To Edit a Role (e.g. change a Traveler into an Arranger):

  • From the Company Tools toolbox on the homepage go to Manage Users → User List.
  • Click on the [Traveler Name] you'd like to edit.
  • Under Administrative Settings, click Change Role.
  • Check the button next to the user's new role and complete the change.

To Add Travelers to an Arranger's List

  • From the homepage, go to Manage Users → User List → [Name of your Arranger].
  • In their profile go to Update [Name of your Arranger]'s Traveler List.

(Global Arrangers may add travelers to their own lists.)
