Customer Service Levels by User

Travel Managers may assign service levels by traveler in your company and have the appropriate e-mail address and phone number appear for those travelers on your company's Egencia site.

Travel Managers may also view itemized service fee schedules within their site. Available service groups are determined by your company's enrollment level (i.e. Executive, Corporate, Custom or Team).

Custom, detailed customer service information displayed throughout the site provides easy access for travelers to agents or technical help - whether your users choose to book travel by phone, desire help with online booking tools, or have other requests.
