Reason Codes
You should create reason codes if you have set up air, hotel or car policies, and would like travelers to supply a reason code - from a list of reasons you can customize - when booking out-of-policy travel. Travel Managers define the custom out-of-policy reason codes for air, hotel and car for their companies. Users purchasing out-of-policy travel may be required to select a code from their company's list.
Set Up Out-of-Policy Reason Codes
From the homepage, click Power Tools → Policy → Add/update reason codes.
On this page you will see categories for Air, Hotel, and Car reason codes. Within a category section, simply type your Code and Description and click Add.
