How To: Post & Edit Messages

Post a Message

  • Go to Broadcast messages → Post a New Message.
  • Enter your title, message, and whether or not the message should be marked as urgent. (Messages marked as urgent will appear with a yellow exclamation point marker to the left of the message.) Click Post this message to complete.
  • To add a Web (or intranet) link include http:// or https:// as required to ensure that your link is clickable.
  • There is no limit to the number of broadcast messages you can post. There is a 60-character limit, including spaces, for the message title. You may enter as much text as needed in the text of the message. In the case of extremely long messages, however, keep in mind that users will need to scroll to read the entire content.
  • Under Location, select where you would like the message to appear: Flights, Hotels, or Cars.

The traveler would then see your message at the top of their itinerary:


Post a Message

  • Go to Broadcast Messages then click on the message you want to change.
  • Edit message as necessary and click Update This Message. Your changes will be immediately reflected.
  • To delete a message, check the boxes next to the message(s) you want to delete, then click Delete Selected Messages. The message will be deleted and no record of it will be left.
