Travel arranging is a powerful feature that allows Egencia users to book travel for other Egencia users (without needing their user name and password). Travel arrangements are made directly in a user's account, so travel plans are accessible to them via Egencia whether they're on the road, at home, or in the office - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

When you add a user to your list, they will appear in your drop-down menu on the homepage.
