Expedia® Corporate Travel to Acquire MTM Reisen

Expedia Corporate Travel Extends Full Service Travel Offering to German Market

PARIS, MUNICH, and BELLEVUE, Wash. - November 15, 2006 - Expedia® Corporate Travel today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire MTM Reisen, a full-service corporate travel provider that serves the German travel market. Upon completion, this acquisition will extend Expedia® Corporate Travel's presence in Germany, underlining its commitment to the European market, and allowing it to provide even better service to German business travelers and companies who do business in Germany.

MTM Reisen will be Expedia® Corporate Travel's fourth European acquisition, following the launch of offices in the UK, France and Belgium. This is consistent with Expedia® Corporate Travel's strategy to expand its presence in the European market.

Headquartered in Munich, Germany, MTM Reisen has built an excellent service reputation, both online and offline, with German and international clients. The Company is a strong base to jump start Expedia Corporate Travel's growth in Germany and accelerate connections with corporate travel players in this country. Under the terms of the acquisition Expedia® Corporate Travel expects the majority of MTM Reisen's employees to join Expedia® Corporate Travel Germany, including company founder Helmut Rainalter.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in December.
